A deposit of £100.00 is required as confirmation of your wedding booking, which is deducted from the final cost; please note that this payment is non-returnable. The option to pay in instalments prior to the wedding is available for you; with payment in full of the remaining balance required SIX WEEKS before the wedding. Any refund is at our discretion in the event of a cancellation once the balance has been paid. Any further costs (if applicable) to be settled in full please, when collecting the photographs (approx. 3 weeks after the wedding day). Payment by cash and cheque, or most credit/debit cards (these can also be accepted over the telephone).

Prices and specifications are subject to alteration without prior notification. Mileage and/or time charges will apply to venues outside a 25-mile radius of our offices or in exceptional circumstances, so please ask. All the edited photographs taken on the day are supplied to you in the first instance to give you maximum choice; any of the first set of prints where appropriate that are not included in the price may be purchased at special discount rates (full details on request).

All unpaid photographs remain our property as does copyright. Photography as listed is by way of suggestion where no specific instruction exists we will supply Ivory coloured photograph surrounds and adopt the ‘posed and candid style’ depending on the service chosen by you. Unless requested otherwise before the wedding it is taken that we may use the images for promoting our services.

As photography is subjective and is both a recording and artistic medium, where the sequence of events, location, time constraints and/or weather conditions dictate, backgrounds and overall picture content may be changed at the photographers discretion. Key photographs involving particular backgrounds by prior request only please! We regret that we cannot be held responsible for incomplete or omitted photographic cover due to circumstances beyond our control. Every reasonable care and consideration will be given to accommodate your wishes wherever possible in order to ensure that your big day remains really special
